Steve graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Architecture from Clemson University. Since founding the firm in 1984, Steve  has been recognized for his design abilities in architecture and interior design.

Recently, he was featured in the Augusta Chronicle in an article entitled "The Art of Architecture." Steve works in varied mediums, from cans in Canstruction for the Golden Harvest Food Bank to glass and metal panels in the Augusta Back and Neuroscience building, one of the most discussed building in Augusta.

Joe founded VGA in 1984 after graduating from Virginia Tech with a Bachelors of Architecture. In addition to being a member of the American Institute of Architects, Joe is one of the first LEED Accredited Professionals in Georgia.

Joe's commitment to historical art and design extends to all facets of architecture. He is fascinated by ancient religious structures and archeology.
